I Never Meant Forever
The Beach
Ashley POV
"Enjoy your stay here in Hawaii" the girl said as we walked out the airport doors. We walked along a bit looking for the shuttle that was meant to take us to the place we were staying at. After getting just a little lost, we finally found the shuttle and made our way to the back before taking a seat. "I'm so happy to be able to get away to Hawaii with you Ash" Kina said as she snuggled her face into my neck, "So am I" I told her with a straight face, not that she knew since she wasn't looking at me. I was actually happy getting away with her but, being here in Hawaii, means I'm in America...the same country as Andy.
I knew the chances of Andy being in Hawaii same time as me was nearly zero, and even if he was I wouldn't see him any ways, but it wasn't impossible, and that was freaking me out. Before I was excited but now that I'm actually here I'm starting to panic. He would hate me for what I did, I just left, for all he know I could be dead. I just couldn't face seeing anyone from my past, ever. I know I need to let go, let go of Andy, just let go of everything but I guess the reason I haven't is there is a little bit of me that tells me that there is a chance he'd forgive me. "What's wrong?" Kina questioned, looking up at me, "nothing I'm just really jet-lagged thats all" I said, yawning to prove my point.
"Here are your cards sir, I hope you enjoy your stay here" the young girl behind the counter said handing me the cards for our room, "thanks" I said turning to walk over to Kina who was waiting near the front door. We walked a short way down the beach to our room, it had cost a bit to get a beach front room but it was worth it. I opened the door and turned to lights on, the place was small but nice, I dumped my bag on the end of the bed and spread myself out over it, I was actually a bit jet-lagged.
Kina had walked over and was standing infront of me, I noticed she had changed into her bathers. She looked stunning in them I had to admit, I couldn't help but smile "want to go swimming?" I asked and she just smiled "yess, pleasee can we?". I couldn't say no, so I opened up my suitcase and grabs my bathers. We walked right down to the water letting it wash over our feet, the water was so warm. This is perfect I thought to myself, the sun was just setting, it made everything look just breathtaking. Never had I seen such beauty since I last saw Andy, wait what, I need to stop thinking about him!
I wrapped my towel around both myself and Kina as we walked along the beach, this was perfect I thought. Maybe I could actually love Kina like I love..loved Andy? Maybe I could live a happy life being with her like she's happy living with me. Maybe it was time to fully move on and stop holding on to the past...maybe I should ask her to marry me? I'll go look at rings tomorrow morning before she wakes up, I thought to myself as we sat under a palm tree. Kina had her head resting on my shoulder as we watched the sunset "it's beautiful" she said, "just like you" I replied as I kissed the top of her head. She looked up, her eyes locked with mine, closing the gap between our faces I closed my eyes as our lips connected It was a soft gentle kiss, full of no lust, only love. Yet I couldn't help thinking something was missing, however I ignored that, she was all I needed now.
Kina got up and said she was going back for a shower, I told her I'd join her soon, I just wanted some peace to think first. I'd missed being in America, as much as England is nice, I knew this was really home, and I was glad to be back. I decided I had been outside long enough as the sun wasn't visible and the only light was the moon and the torches that lit the beach, it looked really peaceful I thought. There was only one other room near ours, but the were divided by a line of shrubs. As I was walking back I noticed people, a couple, walk towards me. They walked up to the room next to us, the guy was trying to grab his card from his pocket, he was quite talk, at least 6 foot 3, funny that, that's how tall Andy was. Come to think of it I thought to myself the guy was tall, slim, short cut jet black hair and had some tattoos on his arms from what I could see in this light. My heart started to beat faster, I was just being paranoid, it couldn't be him.
"Robin, can you please grab the card from my pocket I can't with my hands full haha" the man laughed as I supose, his girlfriend reached into his pocket and pulled out the card. By this time I had reach the door to my room, "oh hi there neighbour, my names Andy, we just got here" the guy yelled to me, with out even looking over at him I just simply said "hey, nice meeting you" as I shut the door behind me. This wasn't happening, Andy Biersack was not staying in the room next to me, no no no, and he has a girlfriend!
