The next day I decided to call the number on the card the woman had given me last night. The phone rung until she finally picked up. "Hello?"
"Hello, i'm the girl who performed last night at the grill reasturant."
"Oh hello dear, I was wondering if you were going to call. Are you from around here?"
"No I live In LA at the minute."
"Well that makes it a whole lot easier. I work at Hero Studios in LA, and came over here to try and find a new singer. You see back in LA, we have a band called Voodoo Dolls, all women, who are amazing, but their singer backed out at the last minute. I was wondering if you would like to be their new lead singer?" I paused. A singer. In a band. "Do you think I can do it?"
"From what you showed last night, I think you can, their a rock band, and I think you'll get along great with them. Are you over here on a trip then?"
"Yeah, here to see my friends."
"When are you going back?"
"Friday." Well I'm going back tomorrow, on the saturday after you come back, to the studio and tell them that I sent you, my name is Abbie Grace. They should take you straight to my office. Then we'll try you out, and you should fit perfectly. So what do you say? You in?"
"Definetly! I'll see you then."
"Ok dear, i'll keep texting you until then bye."
"Bye." She hung up and I jumped up and down. I was going to be signed. In a band. I was so happy it was unreal.



We were at the BVB show, our last night, and we were going to make the most of it. We were dacing around, singing along. At the end of the show, a man in jeans and a shirt came up to us. "Hello I'm John. I work at the fueled by ramen studios, and I think that this band has massive potential. I was wondering if you would like to travel to New york in a week, and become a new rockband." The boys stopes still. "That would be awesesome! Of course we would." Andy said, and John shook the boys hands before leaving his card, and exiting the room. So it looked like I wasn't the only one who might be getting signed.
