When Darkness is All You See
~Ashley POV~
I came home at about 1 am after going to the bar with a friend. Jinxx was asleep and I quietly got in bed. The next morning I went to the living room. "Hey guys." I said. "Hey Ash." Jake greeted. "Do you know where Jinxx is?" I asked. "I think he went to buy more beer." Andy said.
~Andy POV~
I was sitting next to CC. "Should we tell him." I whispered. "I think we should, Jinxx obviously didn't want to, I think Ashley needs to know." He whispered back. I nodded. "Ash we gotta tell you something." I said, he looked at me. "Umm...Why don't you tell him CC?" I said. He glared at me, "Umm okay, we just wanted to tell you...umm, there opening a new cowboy boots store in town!" He said. I rolled my eyes.
"Good to know CC." Ashley said. "We saw Jinxx and Jake kissing!!" CC blurted out. "Real subtle." I muttered. "Good one guys." Ashley said jokingly. "He's not joking Ash." I said. He just stared at me, then, as if perfect timing, Jinxx walked through the door.
Ashley looked at him, Jinxx looked at me and CC. "Shit." He whispered. "Jeremy Miles Ferguson." I said knowing he hates being called that. "Ugh Andy don't call me that!" He said. Ashley was still looking at him. "Ash?" He said. "It was only once, it was accidental." He lied. "Really?" Ashley asked. "Yes. Honestly." He lied again. "As long as it was an accident, I forgive you." He said. "Yay!" Jinxx said, he gave Ashley a bear hug.
Tonight was our gig. We got ready and got to the club. "You ready guys?" Jake asked. "Yeah." CC said. We got on stage. We played our songs and the crowd loved us. Backstage a guy came up to us. He was the one who could sign us. He gave us his card and told us to come by his studio tomorrow and he might sign us. We were all super excited.
