It made me feel really bad that mason said that no one here likes him. And I really wanted to know what the hell 'Nowhere' was. So I called a family meeting.
We alll made our way into the living room and I heard Jinxx tell Lyric she had to come and i knew she felt bad for breaking her promises but i really happy she did. Everyone sat down and was really silent so i knew i would have to start the meeting.
"First thing Mason why do you think no one here likes you." I asked then I noticed every got really interested because they always thought Mason liked them.
"Because they don't." I couldn't wrap my head around why he thinks that.
"I didnt ask if you think they dont i ask why you think they dont"
"Because they dont" he said. I made me really upset that he wasnt answering me.
"Mason stop that..... look everyone here cares about you" i said he responded really fast.
"but that doesnt mean they like me ."
"Mason we do like you." Andy was the first to speak. "Why wouldn't we"
"because i'm retarded " He answered.that really made me mad because he thought that.
"Mason Purdy you have an IQ of 198 your nowhere near retarded" I said.
"Whatever" He was so emotionless it was one of the only times I'd seen him like this.
"Mason" i called his name caused looked like he'd zoned out or something but he didnt respond so I called him again and he snapped out of it.
"What the fuck do you want I was busy" I yelled at me. I was really freaked that he said he was "busy" but he wasnt do anything."Mason what was that?" I asked.

"Where did you just go"I notice everyone else was confused by i knew he understood.
"Nowhere I was right here." He said.
"No you werent" I responded."You spaced out where did you go?"
"to nowhere." He answered.
"Whats nowhere?" I asked.
"Its my safe place why do you care?" He asked.
"Because I do" I answered "Why'd you leave?"
"What do you mean" He Asked.
"You said ity was your safe place" I answered."Why did you go there. What made you not feel safe."

"First off we really need to and no cursing to the rules" i stated. "And second what makes you think i wouldnt give a fuck?"
"Dude your asking to many questions" I said while getting up "Im out."
"Mason Dylan Purdy you arent going anywhere" I yelled.
"Why not your going to send me back anyways." He yelled back.
"Why would you think that?" I asked.
"I heard you say you had to send me back." He said.
Then I understood why he thought that.
"First you shouldnt be listening in on grownups conversations and second i was talking about send you back to school." I explained.
"What thats even worse why would you do that?" He asked.
"Because its illegal not to have you in school." I answered.
"Why cant I just get home schooled or do classes online why would you send me to school."
"First we dont have a college degree so none of can legally home school you and because of your high test scores they can have you in online classes."
"But I dont wanna go to school the kids wont like ... actually theyd hate id get picked on everyday Id get beat up everyday to please dont send me back." He was so sad I knew most of what he so saying was true but he had to be in school.
"Im sorry buddy but you have to go to school plus Lyric will be with you." I said trying to cheer him up.
"NO..No she cant.. I mean she has to pretend she doesnt know me promise you will lyric please promise " He cried.
"Why would I do that" Lyric questioned .
" Because if you dont theyll pick on you too................ oh my jinxx tehy might beat you up... please promise please promise.

"no I won't promise that" she said. "If they bully us so what but I don't want to pretend that I don't know you"

"fine you don't have to pretend you don't know me but try not to get into any drama" he said
"Ok"I said "you two have to get to bed you have school tomorrow" jinxx said.
