when we got to Alex's house everyone sat on the couch knowing good to give me space, except Alex. she is the only one I trusted with my little secret. my secret was I have powers. im human as far as anybody knows but I have powers and I randomly discover more at times. the one I use most often though, like when someone sees me use my power is to erase someone's mind.
I have only used it off of the topic of when someone saw me with my powers once, but it was a lot of people I had to use it on. I was pretty okay with doing it to be able to disappear and make sure no one got hurt, but it was hard with only one person. I remember I had a boyfriend and it was hard to erase his memories. it hurt me so much that I ended up erasing my own. I never planned on giving anyone back their memories but I accidently gave myself back some. the only other person who knows anything is Alex. she sat there and gave me soothing words. she still didn't remember what fully happened before we lost our memories or even why I took them away, but she says she remembers always feeling jumpy and scared before and safe after.
I've always felt an attachment to the black veil brides, and I know that one of them has to be my boyfriend. their songs sound familiar and their voices, they used to live in my city and everything. then again, that could all just be coincidence and im just hopelessly fangirling over them.
I finally pulled out of my mind and started hearing Alex. she was talking about how everyone loved me and 'we all just want the best for each other no matter what.' I wasn't sure what she ment but I didn't care, I layed my head on her lap and she started petting my hair, remembering how much I loved that.
she started talking again. she started with "im glad you calmed down so quickly. that means you don't mind meeting them. your room here is still made up and you still have a bunch of clothes here. you know where the shower and everything is so don't be shy. you have to be up and ready by 12:30 so get up at like 9, knowing how long you take to get ready." I stared at her a moment, trying to catch up to what she was talking about. I realized then I had a face of defeat, knowing it was their first tour so no matter what I would have to go.
she then said, "oh and don't forget thanks to your little freak out everyone is going to stay the night to make sure your okay, and you get to sleep with Morgan and Vicky. okay?" I agreed reluctantly and stole some pajama pants while she went out and told everyone I was okay. I was living here most days, whenever I didn't have the money for a hotel or had no other friends houses to go to.
I barely got the pants on before 'Morgan My Little Drama Queen' came tumbling through the door and knocking me over. oh how much I love her enthusiasm. we both laughed as we hit the ground with a thud. of corse Fairy *also known as Gary the Fairy* came running in to make sure we didn't bust our heads in. when he hasn't had a smoke in a few hours he gets protective, of anyone.
****** the next morning ******
after I took a shower I saw my breakfast on the bathroom sink. I ate real fast then washed my face one more time before getting dressed in some of my favorite clothes here. I put on this. since my hair is naturally poofy I decided to just straighten it and say owell.
I did my makeup and ran to the living room where I knew everyone was ready and waiting for me to be done with coffee in their hands. they didn't let me drink coffee though, considering im the shortest. I came running out with a smile on my face, paused long enough to bend my knees a little, then I jumped and landed with my arms spread to either side and my legs apart yelling 'TADA!' yes im a very big morning person if you can wake me up.
we had a 15 minute car ride to the café where we were meeting the guys. since everyone didn't fit into one care we took both mine and Alex's (yes I keep my car at her house). Alex had a 88' Cadillac convertible. she took Fairy, Anna, and Lisa. so in my 98' jeep wrangler (three foot lifted) it was me, Victoria and Morgan. we finally got to the café and it crossed my mind a few times before we made it in to just run away, but I decided not to.
we walked into the café and I saw the boys immediately, I really wish I had ran.
