I sighed, sitting down at the back of the bar. Only an hour into the opening and I was already sick of being around the men. We had spent the whole say at warped tour, and Jen had told us that someone had made a fan base twitter page, and that it already had thousands of followers. Even though we had been at warped tour, we still needed to make some money, and that meant going back to the strip club. I sighed, as I heard another male call for my attention. I turned my head and smiled as I saw Andy walk in, with two other members of his band. The other two went straight over to one of the strippers, and wolf whistled as she danced, but Andy walked straight over to me, smiling. "Hey Sugar." He said, sitting at one of the stools. "Hey Andy. Jesus, and hour in and I already want to hang myself from the poles." I said, and he chuckled. "Don't be like that, any man touches you come and get me, I'll put him in his place-"
"Yeah and get kicked out and me maybe fired." I said, and he chuckled. "I suppose, but I don't care, no ones touching you."
"Apart from who?"
"No one if I can help it." He said, and I smiled. "Well I need to work Andy, what do you want to drink?"
"Just a coke please." He said, and I passed him one, before serving another table of horny boys.

I walked over to Andy as the club began to close. "Come with me." I said, grabbing his hand, and leading him to the back of the club. I giggled as the men wolf whistled and patted Andy on the back saying 'get in there son.' I lead him through the back door, and to a ladder than went up the side of the building. "Where are we going?" Andy asked, and I smiled. "Somewhere you've never been before." I said, and he grinned at me. "Why does that not surprise me.?" He said, and I giggled slightly as I felt the electricity shoot through us again. I let go and took my shoes off, holding them in one hand as I climbed the ladder, Andy soon after me. I walked up, and he stood beside me, we walked across the roof of the building until we came to another ladder. We climbed up it, and I sighed, turning to him. "Close your eyes."
"Why?"
"Just close them Biersack." I said, and he chuckled, closing them. I put my shoes back on, and took his hands softly in mine, feeling the electricity again. I smiled, and lead him across the roof, then sat him down on the small square piece of concrete. "Right then, you ready?"
"Ready as I'll ever be."
"Right then, open." I said, sitting beside him. He opened his eyes, and gasped. "Wow..." He said, looking out.

It was the night time light's of LA, the very ones that made me want to move in the first place. The street lights, the Hollywood sign in the far distance, the lights on the cars, multi coloured lights flashing everywhere, lighting up the landscape. I smiled and looked at Andy. "What do you think?"
"It's beautiful..." He whispered, not taking his eyes off the landscape. "I know.."
"Not the most beautiful thing I've ever seen though..." He said, and I looked at him. "What do you mean?"
"There's something more beautiful sitting right beside me." He said, and I stared at him. "What..."
"Your the most beautiful thing I've ever seen." He said, looking at me. "But...I'm a skint woman with a flat in a strip club with a job as a waitress who needs to wear stripped clothes who cant get a job anywhere else even if she tried."
"Funny, cause I see a beautiful young woman who has an amazing voice and a chance at better things who has just hit a rough patch in the road. But no matter what happens no one can let you go because your amazing inside and out, and if your happy, you'll make 10 others happy." He said, and I stared at him. "You really mean that?"
"Yes I do. I mean every word. I was always taught to speak the truth." He said, and I smiled. "Thank you." I said, and he smiled. "No problem Sugar."

I smiled, and looked out across the lights. "So what did your parents think about you moving to LA?" I asked, looking back at him. "They didn't mind, my mom worried like always, and my dad wanted me to wait a bit, but I was determined to go. I always wanted to go, there was nothing left for me in Ohio, and I just...I just needed to get out. After a while they came to except it, and there proud of me now because I have the band and im doing what I love. What did your parents think?" He asked, looking at me. I sighed, and crossed my legs. "Well...I don't have parents. I was given up for adoption, and I was adopted at the age of 16 by a middle aged woman who had no husband or children, and only had lots of sisters who had children. They all treated me like a family, and I was excepted into it, good old Eileen. Surprisingly she was all for me moving. She said' Honey there aint nothing for you here so you might as well get up and go, instead of staying here and becoming stuck in this shithole like me."

"Really?"
"Yeah, she was and is amazing. I miss her, and I call her sometimes, but I tell her I work in a café, and keep on writing songs and making appointments with record labels, I cant bring myself to tell her that I work in a strip club and have nothing to my name. It would kill her." I said, sighing, looking back out over the lights. "I'm sure she'd be proud. I sure am."
"yeah well if you saw me about a year ago you wouldn't be."
"Im sure I would. I'm always going to be proud of you, no matter what you do." He said, and I looked at him. "You know your a real help Andy? I swear to god that if you hadn't of been here, I don't know what I would of done." I said, and I felt him wrap his arms around me. "I'm glad I met you too Kandy, your my sweet sugar, and I need you in my life." He said, and I smiled, resting my head on his shoulder, feeling the electricity pulse thorough us.
