Ashley's POV I sat in my bunk and played the song I wrote earlier, singing it softly. The curtain to my bunk slid across and I saw Jake standing there, "dude you wrote that?" I nodded waiting for him to take the piss, "it's awesome, hey guys come here!" Everyone crowded round my bunk while Andy slid open his curtain and watched. "Listen to what Ashley wrote, its really cool!" Jake grinned. I narrowed my eyes at him, "pitts I will kill you in your sleep!" He rolled his eyes, "just play the song dude." So I did, not making eye contact with anyone. When I finished I looked up and saw Andy blushing restraining a smile. Jinxx grinned, "ooohhh Ashley's got a girlfriend!" I shook my head, "no way dude, I'm a Batchelor for life!" CC was looking over Andy's shoulder into his journal, "hey Ash?" I looked at him, "play the tune to your song," I obeyed and strummed my bass, "Andy sing watch you've got there," CC pointed to a bit on the page. Andy shook his head, "no way!" Jinxx took the book and passed it to me so I could sing it and I did. I heard Jake, "aww he's got it bad!" Andy's POV He wrote that about me!? Oh my god he does like me! But why was he acting like such an asshole? When we stopped to refuel I wandered into the cafe and got a cappuccino, sighing I flicked through the contacts on my iPhone until I saw mom. I pressed call and waited for her to answer. "Andrew?" My mom asked. "Hey mom, are you okay?" I smiled. "Yes we're fine, Chris come over! Andrew's calling!" She yelled to my dad, "what's wrong honey you sound blue?" "I'm so confused ma! I dunno what to do. I really like this person and I think they like me but they are acting like an asshole everytime we get together." I sighed. I could tell my parents that I was a ballerina who ate humans and practised voodoo and they would still love me all the same. "Aww Andy just tell her exactly how you feel!" I sighed as I realised I had to drop the bombshell, "mom its not a girl." I screwed my face waiting for her to react. "Well honey have you spoken to him?" I nodded, "yeah I told him that I like him, but he denies his feelings despite us have intimate moments." I worded it as carefully as I could. My dad interjected, "so despite the fact that this dude doesn't mind a bit of buttfucking he swears down that he is straight!? What the hell?" I grinned at how blunt my father is. "Sweetie maybe you should just build the relationship slowly. Act normally then begin with a casual touch on the leg here, an accidental brush of the arm there. He will warm to it eventually. How do you think I managed to get your thug of a father to admit he was in love!" "Hey I resent that amy! I did that of my own accord!" Dad yelled defensively. "Okay sweetie good luck!" My mum just completely ignored him. "Love you guys!" I smiled. They always knew what to say. "Love you too!" They both cheered. I clicked on the end call button and finished my drink before heading back out to the tour bus. Getting on I saw Jinxx grabbing his bags and leaving. "Jinxx is meeting up with sammi and they are going home together." Jake answered my unspoken question. I smiled, he was so lucky to have his soul mate. They were so happy together, its a beautiful thing. I said goodbye to him and got into the shower.
