I Gave It All

Claudia's POV~~

I woke up the next morning wrapped in Jake's arms. I laid there and smiled as yesterday's events flooded into place. I then realized I hadn't even told Jake my name yet, so he startled me when he woke up.

"Hey Claudia." He said.

"Jake.. how are you?" I asked.

"What do you mean how am i? I am great. Are we going over to Ashley and CC's place today?" He asked.

"How... wait what?" I asked as I sat up, not caring that I was still naked. Jake sat up as well and looked at me confused while I looked at him confused.

"Why are you looking at me like that?"

"Like what?" I asked.

"Like you don't get what I'm saying."

"That's because... look Jake.. you had memory loss.. that's why." I said.

"Memory loss? From what?"

"The car crash we got into." I said.

"Oh." Jake said.

"What did we do last night?" He asked.

"We had sex." I said.

"Oh fun! Was I good?" Jake asked with a wink.

"You were fantastic." I said as I leaned in to kiss him.

"So, are we going over to Ashley and CC's?"

"If you want." I said. Jake smiled and kissed me again.

(I'm skipping to a couple days before the wedding! Don't worry, this isn't the end!!)

(Six months later)

Jake and I have three days before the wedding to hang out and be alone, which is something we both need. Sammi had been ushering me around, helping me with getting my dress, shoes, veil, garter, and the sexy underwear I was going to wear for Jake.. because come on. We're both getting laid. She also took me out with some of her friends that I didn't know and Juliet to the bachelorrete party they planned for me. The guys had also ushered Jake around with getting whatever he was wearing, and planning his bachelor party, so we had no time to spend with each other. I was exhausted this afternoon though. Sammi had taken me to the mall to get makeup and hair supplies, as well as jewelry, and a dress for the honeymoon. Jake and I were going to Hawaii, because neither of us had ever been there. Jake and I had also moved into a house a few months back. It was two stories and had plenty of room for us.

I walked down the stairs, running a hand through my hair as I yawned. I walked into the kitchen, then walked out and sat on the couch. My heart raced as I saw Jake walk into the room. To say I was nervous was an understatement, and the wedding was only three days away. I had previously taken a shower after the trip to the mall with Sammi, so my hair was a little damp. Jake kissed my lips slowly, sending butterflies to my stomach. I smiled as he pulled away and sat down next to me, grasping my hand.

"I love you, Claudia Ashlee Alderman." Jake said.

"And I love you, Jacob Mark Pitts." I said. Jake smiled and pecked my lips as he pulled me onto his lap.

"Oh, baby." I said.

"Yeah?"

"Guess what?"

"What?"

"I love you " I whispered.

"And I you." He whispered back.

"I'm a little nervous for Saturday though.." I said.

"How nervous? Second thoughts nervous?" Jake asked with a frown.

"No. I'm not having second thoughts. If I was, I'd tell you. I'm just jittery is all." I said. Jake nodded and wrapped me in a tight hug.

"I'm here. Just know. We're about to get married, so you can tell me anything, alright?" Jake asked.

"Alright." I whispered.

"Your dad is coming, right?"

"Absolutely. Who else is gonna give me away?" I asked. Jake laughed and kissed my cheek.

"You're amazing, you know?"

"So are you." I said.

We spent the whole day cuddling, eating popcorn, and watching movies.

(The wedding!! I promise it's not the end!)

I woke up alone since Jake and I had decided to do the whole twenty four hour thing where we don't see each other until the wedding. Sammi rushed in holding bag full of things.

"Get the fuck up!! We cannot be late!! Now get on the shower!" She said as she exited the room. I stood up with a groan and I headed to the shower.

After my shower, I put on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. I brushed my hair out and put on a pair of flip flops before heading to the kitchen where Sammi was, making us breakfast. It consisted of cereal. That's it. We both quickly ate and headed out. We met Juliet at the church, and we all rushed past the guys and into our dressing room. Sammi and Juliet quickly changed into their dresses. They were black and red, just like the theme of the wedding. My dress was blood red and extremely beautiful. I changed into my dress as well after putting on the garter and my underwear. After that, I slipped on my heels. They were the same color as my dress with black flowers on the toes. I had my toe nails and fingernails painted black, which Sammi had done for me the previous night. Sammi and Juliet both entered the room after changing, Sammi with a curling wand and Juliet with the makeup Sammi had bought.

"Oh honey. It's beautiful!" Juliet exclaimed.

"Thanks." I said with a smile. Sammi pulled up a chair.

"Sit." She said. I did as told and she plugged the curling wand in and waited for it to heat up. Juliet, however, started on my makeup. She did a winged design with black eyeshadow and waterproof mascara on my lashes. Sammi started on my hair right after Juliet had finished with my makeup. I thanked her and she nodded.

"Oh!! Almost forgot the lipstick!" Juliet said. She grabbed it and carefully applied the non smear lipstick. It was, of course, dark red like my . Once that was done, Sammi had surprisingly finished my hair. She put it up into an updo, letting some curls fall out of it. Someone knocked on the door, and Sammi answered it, letting my dad in. I stood up and faced him.

"Hi daddy." I said.

"Darling... you look absolutely stunning. Jake is one lucky man." He said.

"Thanks daddy." I said as I hugged him.

"It's time!" Juliet yelled. She then left with Sammi, leaving my dad and I alone for a few minutes. We were standing behind the great oak doors and i had put my black and red veil on. My dad hooked my arm with his as the doors opened. We started walking as everyone stood up, taking in my appearance. I looked to the altar and Jake wasn't there. I started to get worried as my dad left me at the altar. I stood there, by myself, for a matter of minutes. I looked around the room at all the faces of friends and family of mine and others. I finally heard footsteps running along the carpet. I turned my head and saw Jake running in with Andy behind him. Jake reached me and Andy stood in his spot next to Ashley behind Jake. I sighed relief. They were just late, that's all.

"You are absolutely beautiful." Jake said. I smiled as the priest started talking. I kept looking from Jake to the bouquet of black and red roses in my hands.

"And now, the vows. Mr. Pitts, you may start." Jake pulled out a slip of paper from his suit pocket.

"Dear Claudia, I love you, and I will never love anyone as much as i love you. You're my number one, baby. Forever and always."

"Miss Alderman."

I untied a little piece of paper from my bouquet and I unrolled it.

"Jake, you are the love of my life, and I couldn't live without you. You've been there for me through thick and thin, and I love you for that. You could have anyone right now, but I'm glad we have each other. I love you." I said as I looked up at Jake. A smile spread across his face as the rings were brought up.

"Do you, Jacob Mark Pitts, take Claudia to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do." Jake said as he slipped the ring on my finger.

"And do you, Claudia Ashlee Alderman, take Jacob to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

"I do." I said as i slipped the band on Jake's finger.

"Then I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."

Jake lifted the veil and pulled me into a romantic kiss. We were officially married.
