Smoke And Mirrors

I Could Get Use to This

I woke up 2 hours later in total bliss. I forgot were I was and for once it was ok. I slowly started to remember that I had went back to sleep with Andy. Wanting to see him I opened my eyes to see that he had fallen back asleep as well. I turned around to look at the digital clock that was on the bed side table and saw that it said 7:00 a.m. I didn't want to wake up Andy so I slowly climbed out of bed and went to the bathroom to take a shower. I didn't really know what I was going to do about clothes, but at this point I really didn't care. I stood their for a few minutes just letting the water run over me. I kept waiting to see my black make up run over me and down the drain, but then I remembered that there wasn't going to be any. The people at the morgue already cleaned it all off. Oh well. I looked down and the saw the stitches that were on my stomach from where the people at the morgue had stitched up the whole.

A few minutes later I got out or the shower and wrapped a towel around my waist, then opened the door. Andy wasn't lying in bed anymore but a fresh set of clothes were. I figured he had put them there for me, so I put on the light gray skinny jeans and the Black Veil Brides T-Shirt on, and walked out the door.

I went down the stairs looking at the house for the first time. It was beautiful. The walls were made out of black marble and the floors and stairs were made out of black square tiles. All of the furniture was black and even with the sun streaming in through the big glass windows , the house wasn't hot.

Once down the stairs I went into the living room which led to the kitchen were I found Andy. He had his back to me. This was the perfect chance to sneak up behind him and attack him. My plain was even flawless, or so I thought until I took 4 steps and tripped over the shoes that Andy had left by his chair.

"Owwwww." I grumbled as I got up slowly. "Why couldn't you have caught me like you have been doing?"

"Well I would have if I had know that you were there instead of trying to sneak up on me." He said with a smirk. I just stood there and flipped him off. "Don't tempted me." he growled deeply.

"At any rate, are you ok?" he asked. He started laughing at me as he said it when he couldn't hold it in any longer.

"No, no I'm not." I replied. Even though I wanted to be mad I couldn't suppress my own laughter any longer.

"Come on. It's already 8:00. We better get going if we want to get anything good." Andy said as he grabbed his wallet and keys off the table.

"Ok, but first, will you get the stitches out? My stomach looks healed already." I asked.

"Sure. They should be. Demons usually heal very quickly." He walked into the living room, and came back a few minutes later with a pair of finger nail clippers in his hand. He knelt down in front of me.

"Take off your shirt so that it doesn't get in the way." He commanded. I did as he wanted. I tensed up a little when he cut each stitch and pulled them out.

"There. All done." Andy said contently once he was finished. "Are you ready to go now?"

"Thank you and yes, I am." I said following him out the door. I walked over to his car, but he just shook his head and kept walking. Thoroughly confused I followed him.

"Where are you going?" I asked as we went around to the back of the house.

"Getting my bike. I fell like riding." he said without looking at me.

"Awesome! What kind do you ride?" I asked happy now.

"Soft Tail Springier. Do you ride?"

"Hell yea! Mines a Soft Tail Custom...Or I guess it used to be anyway." I said all emotion leaving me as I said the last sentence. I didn't want to rely to heavy on it so I shook those thoughts away and got on the bike once Andy was ready.

The ride to the mall, which would usually be about a 40 minute drive, was only 20 minutes long. That was probably due to the fact that Andy said 'Fuck the speed limit'. He quickly pulled into a parking spot at the very back of the parking lot. I got off and glared at him.

"What? I didn't want to take a chance on getting hit." he said simply

I nodded my head. That made enough since.

"Hahahahaha" Andy laughed.

"What's so funny?" I asked looking around.

"Is someone hungry?" He said. I hadn't even noticed that my own stomach was yelling at me til just then.

"Haha guess so. Which then again we did kinda leave the house without eating." I said after a moment of thought.

"Well then our first stop will be the food court," he said leading me into the store.

"So, what do you want to eat?"

"Ummm….Chinese!" I said suddenly very excited.

"Haha ok then. Panda Express it is." Andy said with a smile. We walk to the food court in silence. I peeked at him through my bangs. He was such a gorgeous man. I couldn't believe that I was actually with him. As much as I didn't want to think about it, it felt like I was on a date with him. I hated that idea. It made me feel like someone who will go after anything that moves, seeing as how we just met and are already as close as we are. I mean, technically, we did sleep together. I wondered if Andy felt the same way. As if reading my mine Andy spoke.

"So, is it just me or does this feel like a date?"

"Kind of." I answered honestly.

"That’s what I was thinking."

He ordered our food and we ate without talking. Once we were done, we got up and started our shopping.

"Hey Andy. How are we going to get all of these home?" We had been shopping for 5 hours and we had way to many bags for the bike. As soon as I got the last word out of my mouth, Andy took his phone out of his back pocket and dialed a number. I listened as he talked not sure who was on the other end. After 10 minutes he finally hung up the phone.

"What was all of the about?" I asked confused.

"My limo." he said as if it wasn't a big thing. I, on the other hang, found it to be very huge.

"Huh?" I asked.

"I have my own limo driver. Now come on we have to go meet him outside. He's going to take your stuff back to the house." Andy said as he lead me through the mall. I was shocked when we got outside and their really was a limo sitting there waiting.

"Hello, Mr. Biersack." the driver said politely.

"Hello, Tomas. Would you mind talking these back to the house. You can just leave them in the living room." Andy said while putting the bags in the back of the limo.

"As you wish." Tomas said bowing slightly, then getting back the car and driving off.

Andy was about to start heading back to the motorcycle when I pulled him back.

"What is it?" he asked

"Ummm I was thinking , is there a tattoo parlor any were near by?" I asked finding my shoes to very interesting to look at.

"Yea there's actually one not to far from here." Andy replied.

"Awesome." I wanted to get a tattoo on my stomach were the stitches had been put in. I didn't want any reminders of what had happened.

We got on the bike and headed off to, what I'm assuming, the tattoo parlor. My unspoken question was soon answered when we pulled into the parking lot of the pallor.

"So what are you getting?" Andy asked as we walked in.

"You'll see." I replied.
