Secrets

This club was way too crowded for my liking. I get that it was the end of another successful tour and everyone wanted to celebrate but I would have been content with all of us hanging out in one of our apartments and ordering a bunch of pizzas. I wanted to just crash on the couch with some beers and watch random movies. That sounded like my idea of fun, clubs weren’t really my thing. We had been here for over three hours now and I just wanted to go home.

Though I wasn't as excited as everyone else I was just glad to be back with Jade. It still amazed me that she was able to act like she didn't love me anymore for so long. And I still feel like complete shit for hooking up with Vanessa and flaunted it in her face. How Jade manages to still want me I will never know. I truly don't deserve her no matter how much she tries to tell me that I do. Tonight was the night that I was finally going to end things with Vanessa and I just couldn't wait to get it over with. Once I was done with her I could finally have Jade to myself. I wasn’t going to hide her anymore and I was willing to deal with anything Ashley was going to throw at me for dating his sister. I was going to fight for her this time around, I wasn’t giving her up for anything. I would do anything to be with Jade and Ashley was just a hurtle that I had to jump.

I could barely take my eyes off of Jade she looked stunning in her skin tight black party dress and all I wanted to do was hold her close to me all night long. Since I couldn’t really do that we were both sitting around in the booth while everyone else was off dancing. Both of us weren’t really big on clubbing, we both preferred to turn on random music and dance around the apartment. That was my idea of fun and right now I was bored out of my mind. The music was too loud and I was starting to form a headache. The only upside was that Vanessa was on the dance floor with everyone else so I was alone with Jade in the booth. I could feel Vanessa eyeing us like a hawk but I chose to ignore her. Guys were doing nothing but staring at Jade when they walked by and I growled whenever they tried to come close to her. It was pissing Vanessa off but I clearly didn't care.

“Hey Andy I’ll be right back I’m just going to go to the bathroom really quick.” Jade said standing up. I was about to get up and go with her to stand guard outside the girls bathroom, but the look she gave me made me sit back down. “Andy I’m a big girl I can take care of myself.”

“I know that J-Baby but I can’t help but to worry about you.” I tried to reason with her, she was dressed a tad bit too sexily right now and I didn’t want anyone to try anything.

“I’ll be fine, I won’t even be gone for ten minutes I promise.”

“Alright but if you’re not back in ten minutes I’m looking for you.”

“Okay Andy.”

“I love you.”

“I love you too.” And with that she patted my shoulder and walked off. I watched her until she was out of my sight and smiled. I sighed deeply to myself and took a sip from my drink. I looked over at the dance floor and groaned when I noticed Vanessa stomping towards me, I was not in the mood for her right now.

"Andy would you stop hanging around Jade like your her guard dog? She has everyone else here to protect her you don't need to." Vanessa whined with her hands on her hips and glared down at me.

"Well I'm sorry for making sure nobody harasses my friend. I don’t want anything to happen to her she means a lot to me.” I practically growled. Vanessa just scoffed.

“Well if she does get attacked it’s her own fucking fault seriously have you seen what she’s wearing? That slut is practically begging for someone to fuck her.” She sneered and I officially lost it.

“That’s it!” I shouted shocking her but nobody else noticed my outburst because the music was so loud. “You stupid fuckingwhore, you listen to me and you listen good don’t you ever fucking talk about Jade again do you understand me? I tried to keep this going as long as I could but I can’t do this anymore. We are fucking over! Do you hear me over!”

“But Baby.”

“Don’t you dare fucking call me that! The only woman that’s allowed to call me that is Jade. Did you really think I wouldn’t find out about what you did you fame hungry slut? How dare you blackmail her into breaking up with, did you seriously think you were going to get away with it? Fuck you! Jade is the only woman I will ever love and you will not take her from me.” I growled “You are so lucky you’re a woman cause if you weren’t I’d be beating the shit out of you right now. You might not be so lucky when Jade gets a hold of you. Now if you’ll excuse me I’m going to go find my actual girlfriend so fuck off.” I was practically shouting towards the end of my rant as I got up and stormed off in search of my woman.

It felt good to finally be done with her and I still didn’t say all I wanted to say. I was just so mad but relieved at the same time and all I wanted to do was find Jade and hug her for the rest of the night. I couldn’t find her in the crowd so I pulled my phone out of my pocket to call her. She wasn’t picking up the phone and I was starting to get worried so I called again. On the fifth try when she didn’t answer I started to freak out. I searched around for the guys and when I spotted Jinxx I rushed towards him.

“Jinxx have you seen Jade?” I asked frantic.

“No I haven’t but hey what’s up with you and Vanessa? She’s crying her eyes out right now-”

“I don’t give a shit, I need to find Jade, she’s not picking up her phone and I called her over five times I’m worried.”

“Shit that’s not good, I’ll tell everyone she’s missing and help look for her.” I nodded without giving him a proper response and rushed off, I had to find my girl. I searched throughout the whole building and she wasn’t here. Not caring about rules, I rushed towards the back and pushed past one of the ‘staff only’ doors. I instantly heard a scream and I knew it was Jade.

I panicked and ran throughout the whole area trying to find her. When I heard the sound of her struggling coming from another door in the room I slammed myself into the door to get it open. I was instantly filled with anger when I saw some guy forcefully holding her against the wall, her dress was practically ripped off, tears were streaming down her face and that guys hands were in her underwear.

In what felt like I blind fit of rage I tore the guy off of her and threw him onto the ground and continued to punch him until he wasn’t conscious. I had to force myself off of him and made my way over to Jade. She had slide down the wall and her knees were hugged to her chest and she was sobbing uncontrollably rocking back and forth.

“Jade baby it’s okay it’s over you’re safe. I’m here.” I said wrapping my arms around her in comfort. To my surprise she instantly started to struggle. “Jade what’s wrong?” She was pushing me away and mumbling to herself it was really starting to scare me. “Baby-”

“No please don’t touch me!” She screamed and looked up and I gasped her eyes were glazed over and she was in a complete state of hysteria I knew she couldn’t even register that it was me holding her. “Mommy I-I’m sorry please don’t let him touch me anymore I’m sorry!” She hollered thrashing around in my arms. What the hell is she screaming about? She was really scaring me right now. Jade looked so frightened and I didn’t know what to do.

I shook her to try to get her to snap out of it “Baby it’s me Andy! You have to snap out of it, Jade please!” Her breathing was quickening at a rapid pace and she was hyperventilating.

“No, no! Please, Mommy I’ll be good I promise please! Just don’t let them touch me again. I-I don’t like it!” She kept screaming things to her mom and I couldn’t get her to snap out of it. Still rocking her in my arms I whipped out my phone and dialed Ashley’s number.

“Andy! Did you find Jade?”

“Yes I got her she was assaulted I got to her in time but she’s freaking out I can’t get her to snap out of it.”

“Shit where are you?”

“In one of the back rooms behind the bathrooms. I-I’ll try and carry her out.” I said hanging up. Much as I hated to see her like this I quickly picked up her up and rushed out.

“No! Mommy don’t let him take me! I’m sorry, I’m sorry!” She screamed trying to get out of my grip, it was breaking my heart to see her like this.

“Andy!” I saw everyone running towards me and I put her down on the ground she quickly scurried away from me and placed her back against the wall. Ashley was instantly at her side trying to get her to snap out of it. All we could do was stand and watch.

“Jade look at me, its Ashley you got to snap out of it sweetheart.” He smoothed the hair out of her face and tried to wipe the ever flowing tears from her eyes. “Come on Jade.”

“No please no! Mommy I’ll be good I-I promise.” Jade’s voice was becoming shakier and it was getting hard for her to breath.

“Shit call an ambulance!” Ashley shouted. We all just stood there shocked at first. “Fucking call one!” He hollered and Jake whipped out his phone. All I could do was stand there confused and completely helpless. I felt so useless I didn’t know what to do. All I could do was watch as Ashley tried to console her.

“Not again, please not again.” He was mumbling to himself and I was so lost.

This ambulance needed to come soon before I lose my mind, Jade was so lost and I didn’t know what to do, I was so useless right now and all I wanted to do was hold her and tell her everything would be alright but I couldn’t. It was starting to physically pain me to see her like this. This ambulance needs to hurry up and fucking get here soon! I don’t know how much longer I can take seeing her like this.
