Austin came round to the drivers side where I had just gotten out and pushed me against the car, I gasped as my back hit the cool metal. He grabbed the shoulder of my hoodie and held it up against the car as he put his face close to mine. His eyes were bloodshot, and there was a vein popping out on one side of his forehead. "You think you're little stunt the other day was funny, Rose?" He spat my last name at me like it was poison. I turned my face away to see Kellin trying to move towards me but two guys had blocked his way and wouldn't let him past. Austin used his free hand to turn my face back towards him, "No one else found it funny though, did they? You know what I thinks funny?" He drew back his arm to punch me in the stomach but was interrupted.
"Well I found it quite funny." Austin's head snapped round and leaning against the back of my truck was Andy, smoking a cigarette, "I mean a big guy like you getting socked in the mouth by a diddy little girl like her, you're telling me you can't see the humor." He walked closer taking another drag on the cigarette, not once breaking eye contact with Austin. Being atleast two inches taller than Austin combined with his confidence actually made him look intimidating and I could tell Austin was weighing up the odds of it ending in his favour. The results came back and it wasn't looking good. He pushed me to the floor and spat at me, "Your faggot friend won't protect you forever, trust me, I will get you back, Rose." He pushed past Andy and marched off in the direction of school. His friends pushed Kellin down next to me and followed in the direction of Austin, laughing as they went.
Once they'd gone Andy came over to help me up. "Next time you need to punch someone princess, I suggest not punching the biggest guy in school," I frowned at him as I brushed the dirt off of myself and helped Kellin up. I introduced Andy to Kellin and turned back to Andy just as the blonde girl from the day before walked up to him and started rubbing her hands on his chest and kissing his neck. "Guys you probably know Amy, she's in your music class," he chuckled as she turned to look down her nose at us, "Hey, Amy's having a party tomorrow night, you should come?" She looked back at him in shock like she was going to protest, but then he whispered in her ear and she adamantly turned back to us.
"Yeah you guys should come," she looked straight at me, "But don't like punch anyone." If I could have, I would have punched her stupid face there and then. Kellin and I looked at each other both knowing how unwanted we were going to be at this party and smiled at each other.
"We'll be there, thanks for the invite." I smiled sweetly as she rolled her eyes and turned back to Andy, "See you at mine for some fun again tonight?" He lit up another cigarette and blew the smoke up in the air, I watched as it swirled away looking like it was dancing trying to ignore the stinging feeling in my eyes. "Maybe, depends how I feel and if I get a better offer or not." He was so nonchalant about the whole situation it made me feel a bit sick. What if he did that to me? He obviously didn't care about her, but she didn't seem to care much either from the way she just shrugged and walked away. Is that what he's like with all girls? Just tosses them aside like they are nothing but a piece of meat? I looked at him watching me as I got lost in my thoughts. He looked like he was trying to work out what was going through my mind, if only he knew. I smiled at him politely and dragged Kellin towards the school, leaving Andy alone.
"Not sure I like that Andy guy," Kellin said as we were out of earshot, "He clearly treats girls like crap and the way he looks at you, it's like you're next." I nodded in agreement secretly hoping that I was.

Ok so this chapter isn't as good but I wanted to bring Austin back in and for everyone to meet Amy :) don't worry things will get heated in the next few chapters :3
