Isabel's P.O.V.


Jake. "What do you want?" I whispered, taking out my key and opening the door.

"To talk." He sighed, "you're not stupid. I know that."

"Wow. The first thing you've ever said to me that wasn't an insult."

"If you don't want to talk, I'll leave." He said seriously.

"Come in, I guess." I sighed, walking inside and taking me shoes off and sitting on the couch. Jake followed me in and closed the door behind him and sat next to me, "what's up?" I asked moving over a little so we weren't close and he laughed softly and humorlessly.

"I'm not contagious." He whispered.

"If you were contagious, I'd already be infected." I smirked and he sighed and stood.

"I'll talk to you later." He said and turned to leave.

"No, stay. What did you want? I haven't seen you in nine months."

"I know but I've been thinking about you and... our... baby..." he said sitting back down.

"Look, just because I'm pregnant with your children doesn't mean you have to be around me. But it'd be nice if you at least spent time with our kids."

"Kids?!"

"Yeah. Twins." I said and he stared at me in disbelief.

"Seriously?"

"Yeah. Girls."

"Did you pick names?"

"Yeah."

"And..?"

"Madison and Zoey."

"When are they due?"

"Next week."

"Mind if I'm there?"

"No..."

Well I'm gonna go now." He said and got up. I walked with him to the door.

"I'll see you later." He said and I hugged him. Surprisingly he hugged back.

"I'm sorry." He whispered into my ear.

"About what..?"

"The way I treated you." He said, softly kissing my cheek and walking away. I went back inside, grabbed a blanket and curled into a ball in front of the TV. Apparently I fell asleep in front of the TV, because I woke up at 10:30 with horrible stomach pains. When I stood, I looked down at the couch and noticed that the spot that I had been sitting in was wet. Fuck, my water broke. I grabbed the phone and called Ana. Ana arrived shortly after that call.

"Come on!" She urged, pulling me quickly towards her car, "get in." In 20 minutes we had arrived at the hospital and I was put into a room. Contractions is what the doctor said was causing the severe pain in my stomach. Ana looked worried.

"Can you go call Jake, please?"

"Why do you want him here?!"

"Just do it." I sighed and she left to call Jake. Ana and Jake walked into the room the same time the doctor did.

"Okay, Ms. Green, I want you to push." He said and I did. I pushed for an hour before both of my babies were here, "Congratulations, its a girl...er... girls.." he said and handed them to me. Ana, who was standing on my left, and Jake, who was standing on my right, leaned in to see the babies.

"They're adorable!!!" Ana said, touching baby number one's cheek. Baby number one was asleep and baby number two was looking around.

"Can I hold her?" Jake asked.

"Sure." I said and handed him baby number two.

"So have you thought of any names?" The doctor asked.

"Yes, I was to name baby number one Madison and baby number two Zoey."

"Last names?" He said writing down their names on their birth certificates.

"Pitts." I said and looked at Jake who smiled and continued to play with Zoey.

"Middle names?"

"I want baby number one's middle name to be Jocelyn and baby number two's middle name to be Violet."

"Okay. Sign here and here." He smiled and pointed to a spot on each certificate where the mothers' name goes, "and are you the father?" He asked Jake.

"Yes." Jake said.

"Okay, sign here and here." He said and Jake did, "all done. Ill go make copies of these for the hospital and bring the originals back to you." He said and left.

"I wanna hold her!!" Ana said and reached for Zoey and Jake handed her to Ana, "oh my god!! She's so small!"

"Yeah, she's a newborn." I chuckled and Madison woke up crying, "hi, baby." I said kissing her forehead.
