Chapter 21- Telling the guys
I was happy but also sad whem I got off the phone with my dad after he said he wanted nothing to do with me and I would no longer be his burden, I was happy because I would no longer have to deal with him but I was sad because it hurt to have the man I used to consider a father say that to me, at least now I wouldn't have to deal with any more beatings from that alcoholic douchebag. I was no longer worried about what would happen to me, I was getting new guardians who seemed really nice, a beautiful girlfriend, somewhere to stay and a new start. When I told my friends that I was going on tour then moving away and would never see them again they sounded sad but wished me the best and hoped it was better than the life I had with my parents, I knew I was staying in Georgiees room until her brother moved out, the room was cleaned, re-painted and ready for me to stay in. The conditions I had if I was to stay after the trial were that I followed the rules, kept my room tidy and behaved well at school which I am sure I can do, I swear this is one of the best thing thats happened to me. Tonight is the second show in America, Georgiee and Sammiie are playing new years day on stage tonight with the band, they seem really excited but also really nervous, we still have and hour before we get to the venue and then about 4 hours until the show but they are practising with Jinxx and Jake like crazy. Georgiee and I decided we are telling the guys after the show about us being together, it feels like a weight off of our shoulders and we wont have to be as secretive anymore.
Georgiee climbed into my bunk about 20 mins before we were supposed to arrive at the venue and hugged me "Babe do you wanna speak to my parents before you have to live with them?" She asked me, I hadnt thought about that, it would be good but I don't wanna put them off before they meet me, I made up my mind "Yes please but not today, I dont wanna be rushed because we have to be in the venue at a certain time." I explained, she nodded and curled into my side until we reached the venue.
We got to the venue and the guys did a sound check and we had an hour until they, Georgiee and Sammiie had to get ready for the show. The time came for the guys to go on stage and the rest of us follwed, the girls would be borrwing Jinxx's and Jake's guitars for the song which was up third, after rebel love song and I am bulletproof. When they went on the took the guitars off of the guys, who moved to stand at the side of the stage, and then started the song, they both rocked out and looked like they were having a great time and you could see the pride shining in the guys' eyes at the performance, soon the song ended and each girl handed the guitar back to its owner, bowed and then moved to stand with me and watch the rest of the show. When the show ended the guys came jogging to us and wrapped the girls in massive hugs and were congratulating them on how well they did. We all strolled back to the bus and were sitting in the livingroom of the bus when I got the guys attention "Guys Georgiee has something she wants to tell you!" I announced, Jinxx and Sammiie pretended to look shocked but the sparkle in their eyes gave it away, luckily none of the others were looking at them so didnt notice. "Well...urm...Jay and I are...together" She stuttered and grabbed my hand, I pulled her into a comforting hug while everyone was watching, CC got out of is shock first "When?" He asked, I smiled "Two days" I said smugly, for a moment he looked confused then glared at Georgiee "So I walked around wearing girls make-up all day and you two were together anyway?" He asked and she smirked and nodded, he slouched in his chair looking sad now. The other guys still seemed a bit shocked but they came round and congratulated us, after everyone else had congratulated us and Jinxx punched him not to playfully CC congratulated us to, we smiled and then both got up to go to bed, we walked into the bunk area, had a quick goodnight kiss and then went to our own bunks, I fell asleep almost as soon as my hed hit the pillow.
The next day I woke to sleeping with sirens playing on my alarm and I crawled out of bed and walked into the seated area and saw Georgiee on her phone, it sounded like she was talking to her dad, she silently asked if I wanted to speak to him when she was done talking to him and I nodded and sta by her to wait, once she told her dad I wanted to speak she handed the phone over, I took it with a shaky hand and placed it against my ear, "Hello" I murmmered down the phone, he answered and we had a short converstaion about the rules and how the gurdianship papers were coming along, what food I didnt like and then when he said he needed to get on with his work I said a quiet goodbye and Georgiee yelled it so he could hear, he said it was great speaking to me then hung up. I told Georgiee what we talked about and once I had finished she got up and said she was going to get ready for the day so I went to my bunk and went on my phone to see a text from someone I hoped would never bother me again.
