chapter 1- shocking news
Getting in from school I rush upstairs to re-do my make-up and get changed, while I was getting changed I heard my dog bark and I assume that my brother Rudy had come home until I hear a shout of “is anybody in?” from a voice I do not recognise so just as I finished I went down stairs to be greeted by a sight I never expected to see, Jinxx from Black Veil Brides was in my kitchen looking worried without his make-up on. He looked over as I entered the room and smiled slightly before walking towards me “hi, do you know where Kevin is? I need to speak to him” ignoring he awkwardness I told him to follow me and made my way towards the garden where I knew my dad would be.
As we were walking he asked who I was “Georgia I'm Kevin's daughter” I replied, he smiles slightly once again and by now we had reached the garden and entered the room my dad used for work just as he walked in the door on the other side and stopped in his tracks at seeing us standing there waiting for him. He looked over at Jinxx “Hello, what is your name?” he asked politely but awkwardly “Jeremy, Jeremy Ferguson. I would like to speak to you but I believe your daughter should be here for the conversation” at this my father looked curious and led us outside to sit on the bench in the sun, then Jinxx told us something that was very shocking “Kevin, your my father.” He looked down at the ground after saying this while my dad sat there shell shocked “well Jeremy its nice to meet you, how old are you?” he asked stuttering slightly over his words.”I'm 27, I am in a rock and roll band called black veil brides and I have a wife called Sammi and she would love to meet you as soon as possible” he rushed out. My dad looked at me when he said what band he was in, he remembered from my posters. I was sat next to my dad internally fangirling JINXX FROM BLACK VEIL BRIDES IS MY BROTHER, but outside I sat there calmly waiting for a chance to speak, but before I got the chance my dad told me to go up to the house and tell Jinxx a bit about the family or answer any questions I could, so I led him up to the house and asked if there was anything he wanted to which he politely declined and I asked if we could go talk in my room and talk because it was more comfortable, as we walked in my room he noticed my Black Veil Brides posters and looked at me “so you a fan then?” he questioned and I just nodded and asked what he wanted to know, the talk lasted for about 45 minutes before he had to go as he was preforming that night but asked if he could pick me up outside school tomorrow so I agreed and gave him directions, I just hoped that nothing went badly tomorrow.
