"Scout have you got any word from her yet? me, ashley, juliet and cc weree out looking till half two this morning and jinxx, jake, sammi and ella are out now...cc and lauren are about to go have another look too..." i said to her down the phone, fully freaking out
"no she hasnt said anything to me, just message me when you find her, we are gunna look down here more, andy im worried about her..." she answered me, tears forming in her voice
"i know but dont worry il be there the minute wee find her, i promise..."
" like you promised to see her? how do you know thats not why she ran?!"
"calm down and i know i fucked up and brokee alot of promised but when we fidn her i mean it, il be there." the line went dead and i went out to find my daughter.
what if scout was right? what if becausw i broke about 20 promises she ran away? ive really fucked up...
walking down the streets of LA i walked in a diner..big al's? and waited to be served. a waitress with blck and red hair served me...she was practically fangirling at the sight of me. to be fair, it was always nice to be seen. as she brought me a coffee her friend ran up to the counter and i over heard their conversation...
"Sooo, whos tongu did we have down your throat?" the dark haired one said excited
"oh urm long storyy..." the blue andgreen haired girl said...her voice reminded me of darcy
"i swear ive seen him somewhere, like a band or something, hes the bassist or something,"
"yeah he is, hes taking me out tonight so we can catch up he said, i missed him,"
""nawrrrr! in other news...look whos over there..." she tried to point desrectl in my direction.
"shit! urm char i gotta go.. urm text me!"
"Darcy! dont just...what am i... imma kill you one day!"
"love you charliee!" i turned to have on look at her to make sure...it was her.
from what i heard ash has a lot of explaining to do! and so does my daughter whn i catch up with her. i got up from the tabl left th waiteress and tip and the money for my coffee and went aftter darcy.
