Did he just... Did he... My boyfriend... I just told him I love him, and by standing up for me, he called me his... Whoa. We need to talk about this. It’s our first date...

“You didn’t need to do that,” I said quietly, to find he stopped us walking and we were stood in the middle of the street hugging, so it was more like a whisper.
“I wanted too. I don’t want anyone to treat you like that or think that they can.” He whispered back softly.
“It doesn’t matter, seriously. They’re just girls in class. But still thank you, it means a lot.”
“Hey don’t worry, it’s what I thought would shut them up,” He giggled, hugging me tighter and playing my hair. He took my hand again and we stared walking. It was getting late and Andy said he was going to walk me home so that’s where we went; before hand though we swapped phone numbers. He said he was going to text me in the morning and that no matter what happens to either of us, we will always have each other, best friends from now on. Think he has forgotten I told him that I am in love with him. I guess it will have to be forgotten.

“Did you mean it?” He asked nervously but still very confident.
“Mean what?”
“You think you’re in love with me?”
“Urm yeah I mean urm I don’t know... Sorry but yeah...”Next thing I knew it was nearly midnight and we had got to the top of my path by my house.
“I’ll text you tomorrow gorgeous, night and thank you for this date. It was perfect, I’ll ring you when you finish school okay, but I don’t know when we are leaving. I promise I won’t go without saying good bye. Night best friend,” he laughed as he said the last part and hugged me tight. I took in a deep smell of him. I’d always have the pictures we took tonight, of us being weird but I said I wanted one more just in case. Before he went, we took one more. A favourite of mine now, the one of my handsome best friend kissing me on the cheek and me looking down smiling. We had one of him kissing my cheek and one of me kissing his. These pictures will always be my best memory...We ended up taking about ten or twenty. He was amazing. I’ll never forget him.

I quietly snuck in, so mum didn’t ask any questions. I got ready for bed and realised my phone had gone off. As I went to look at my message I looked over my screensaver. Me and my Andy. This has to be one of my favourites, him hugging me from behind and smiling straight down the camera lens and me smiling straight forward too. We took loads. I really like the photo of him smiling at the camera winking at the camera. Awr, he is adorable. Anyways I looked on my message and it was from Andy. It said; ‘Hey beautiful:3 guess what? I am in love with you too<3’
Okay. Life made.
