"WAKE UP! WAKE UP! WAKE U-" Kassie was screaming before I put a hand on her mouth. "Kassie. shut up." I grumbled and got out of bed. Then Kassie started rambling about who knows what and then I hear "Kassie shut your trap. I think my ears are bleeding...." from Jade's bed and I smile. "Morning girls!" said Miss Kate said as the girls and I sat down. We waited for everyone then we bowed our heads and prayed and once we said amen we dug into our pancakes. We talked while we ate and we were told that today was adoption day. I looked into Jade's green eyes and we smiled and then I looked into Kassie's brown eyes she smiled too. We were ready to get adopted.
After we ate we went up to our room and when we closed the door we turned on some music. " Hey I bet you'll get adopted to day Indy." "Yea, and the people that adopted me will be Black Veil Brides!" I say in a sarcastic tone "I'll bet you both ten bucks you do Indy." "Okay, we will take that bet." Jade said. We joked around until we were told to come down stairs.
When we walk down stairs guess who we saw? If you said One Direction go back to London.
Black Veil Brides. That's who. At this point my jaw is on the ground, Jade is as pale as a sheet of paper and Kassie is cackling like the mad woman she is. Well, that drew Jakes attention. So when we see that he's looking at us Jade and I grab the closest thing to us which just so happened to be fly-swatters and while we were hitting Kassie with the fly-swatters I was plotting her death.
When we stopped we noticed that everyone was staring at us like we were loons. So we did the first thing that we thought of and started singing "HAKUNA MATATA ! WHAT A WONDERFUL PHRASE! HAKUNA MATATA! AIN'T NO PASSING CRAZE! IT MEANS NO WORRIES FOR THE REST OF YOUR DAYS! IT'S OUR PROBLEM FREE PHILOSOPHY! HAKUNA MATATA!!!!" Then I screamed something like "goodnight New York!" and they looked like they wanted to put us in the loony bin.
Then I look over to see CC and Ashley down on their knees and pointing at me and asking "Can we keep her? Please Andy?" Then I see Andy nod. They walk over to me and ask me what my name is and I tell them my name and Jinxx said "Independence, we are going to adopt you."
Then I hear Kassie cackling again and Jade telling her to hush. "O-Okay?" Real smooth Independence, real smooth. Then I hear "Haha I knew it! Now you two owe me 10 bucks!" Then I went up stairs to pack then Jade comes up says she got adopted and starts to pack then Kassie says she is getting adopted and starts to pack. While we are throwing our stuff into our bags when Kassie starts to ramble again and I look up and say "Lord help the people that adopted that girl..." we went down the stairs and promise to call each other every weekend. Then in the driveway we hug and Jade whispers "We scream, we shout, we are the fallen angles." and we laughed and got into different cars and drove away in different directions.
