Who Can Save Me Now? (for oreogrrl)
Emily:
Congratulations, Emily. You have been requested to photograph the band Black Veil Brides for this year's Vans Warped Tour! The band will meet you at the airport and give you the wonderful pleasure of staying on their bus with them for the duration of the tour.
Emily folded the letter and stuffed it in her back pocket as she waited with her luggage for the boys to show up. She had been good friends with Jinxx since high school and he knew how badly she wanted to become a band photographer. He decided that Warped Tour was the best way to get her started.
"Emily!" Jinxx rushed towards his high school best friend.
"Bout time, bitch." Emily laughed and hugged Jinxx. "I've been waiting for you guys. What took you so long?"
"CC fell asleep." Jinxx pointed to CC groggily making his way towards the two with Andy and Jake by his side. Ashley was walking ahead of them.
Emily's breath caught in her throat as she watched CC walk towards them. She had been a big fan of the band ever since they started out but she remembered Sandra as the drummer. CC was fairly knew to the band and Emily only knew a little bit about him. She had never seen him before but she was glad she was spending the next three months with him. He was perfect.
"Come on, let's get you back to the bus and settled in." Jinxx said, taking Emily's luggage for her and leading her outside.

Emily flashed her all access pass to the security guard who let her in between the barrier and the stage so she could get some good shots of the band. Today was extra windy and her purple hair flew all around her face. She laughed as she tried to contain it so she could see through the lens.
CC watched her from the side of the stage. He knew her name was Emily but he didn't know much else about her. Jinxx talked about her being their photographer for the tour. She was going to be staying with them for three months. This was his chance to steal her heart. He wasn't much of the charmer, but he hoped his awkward, quirky style would win her over in the end. He loved her smile. It seemed so genuine. It made her whole face light up.
"CC, go, you idiot!" Andy shouted at him.
CC shook thoughts of Emily aside and went on stage to his drum set, waving to fans on his way out. This girl could make or break him.
Emily saw CC walking out and snapped a couple pictures. She looked at them and smiled. These were keepers. CC's smile was so genuine. He always looked so happy. That was what she loved most about him. Emily had never truly been happy herself, especially not recently. CC made her smile for real.

Later that night, everyone was heading off to bed. But Emily wasn't sure she was ready yet. Being in a strange environment sparked her anxiety. She began to panic, curing herself up into a ball and rocking back and forth with her eyes closed tight. She breathed heavily, in and out.
The light flipped on and she looked up to see CC standing there in his boxers. "Emily, are you okay?" He asked, rubbing his eyes and squinting from the bright light.
She nodded. "Yeah, I'm just..." She trailed off. What was she supposed to say? 'Yeah, sorry just having a panic attack.' What would he think of her then?
He walked over and sat down on the couch next to her. "What's wrong? Honestly, you can tell me." He smiled, and draped his arm around her shoulders in an attempt to comfort her.
She gulped. "I was just... I get really bad anxiety when I'm away from home, especially at night. No one can save me from it. It just happens."
CC nodded in understanding. "Well, sure someone can save you." He looked over at her.
"Who can save me now?" She asked, looking into his chocolate brown eyes.
He glanced down at her lips and then back up to her eyes. "Me." He answered and pressed a kiss against her lips. Her lips curved up in a crooked smirk as she kissed him back. This would be the best three months of her life.
