I woke up the next morning at 4:25. Why the fuck was I up so early? I got out of bed and headed downstairs. I felt uneasy, like something was wrong. I headed towards the kitchen, nothing was there. The dining room was clear, the living room was clear. This was weird. I headed upstairs and looked in Destiny's room. She wasn't there, which scared me. I checked the bathroom, empty. Destiny wasn't here. Then I heard the front door open. I went back downstairs and saw Destiny coming in.
"Fuck. It's cold out there." She whispered. Then she saw me.
"CC... what are you doing up? It's 4:30 in the morning." She said.
"I should be asking you the same thing." I said.
(DESTINY)
I woke up at 4:00 in the morning. I couldn't sleep, so I slipped my vans on and crept downstairs. I grabbed the house key and went outside into the chilly morning air. I closed the door behind me, but went back inside to grab my cigarettes. Andy got me into this. I closed the door behind me once again and lit up a cigarette, taking a long drag on it. I started walking to the tree that Chris broke up with me at. I cursed myself for not grabbing a jacket. I reached the tree and sat under it, smoking my cigarette. The morning was calm and quiet. Nothing made a sound. I loved it. I put my cigarette out and sat underneath the tree for what seemed like twenty minutes. I stood up and started walking back home. I went inside.
"Fuck. It's cold out there." I whispered. Then I saw CC.
"CC... what are you doing up? It's 4:30 in the morning." I said.
"I should be asking you the same thing." CC said.
"Well, I couldn't sleep." I said.
"Neither could I." CC said. I set my cigarettes back in their place before approaching him.
"You're shivering. Come here." CC said. He pulled me closer to him and hugged me. I looked up at him and smiled.
"CC" I whispered.
"Shh." CC said. He leaned down, leaving a small space of air between our lips. Our noses were touching and I could feel his breath against my lips. I wrapped my arms around his neck and we stayed like that for another minute until I gave in and kissed him. The kiss was slow and passionate. He pulled away and lingered for a few seconds.
"Destiny.. I'm so sorry." CC whispered.
"It's okay, CC." I whispered.
"No. About cheating on you. Will you please take me back?" CC asked quietly.
"Yes CC." I whispered. He kissed me again. It was slow and steamy. We both pulled away and walked upstairs to my room. I slipped my shoes off while CC got in my bed and then I slid in next to him. He wrapped his arms around me and we both fell asleep.
