Eleven
(DESTINY)
I woke up the next morning with puffy eyes and a sore throat. Fan fucking tastic. I sat up and took on my surroundings. CC was on the floor along with everyone else besides Ashley, who was in the only recliner in the room. I checked the time. It was eleven. I stood up and went to the kitchen to get some water. I heard someone talking in the living room, so somebody must be up. I exited the kitchen and saw Ashley awake on the phone. When he saw me he ended the call and put his phone in his pocket.
"Hey Destiny. You feeling better?" Ashley asked quietly.
"I don't know." I said.
"Do you mind telling me about your phone call last night?" He asked.
"No I don't mind. It was about what happened and that it's all over the fucking news. CC and I also need to go to the police today to talk to them." I said.
"I heard my name! I'm up." CC said, slapping Andy in the face as he sat up, causing him to groan and roll onto his face. He lied back down and fell asleep again.
"Come here." Ashley said. I set my water down and walked towards Ashley, who has open arms. I walked into his arms and he hugged me. I hugged him back and we stayed there for a minute.
"Ashley, hands off!" CC groaned. Ashley pulled away and rolled his eyes.
"I just gave her a comforting hug. Calm your balls." Ashley said. I smiled and helped CC up off the floor. He sat on the couch and I headed towards the bathroom to take a shower, even though I'd just have to put my dirty clothes back on. I didn't care in the slightest. I hopped on the shower, hopefully not waking anyone up. After I was fine I got dressed and hung my towel back up. I walked into the living room and everyone was up now.
"Nice hair." CC said. I rolled my eyes and smacked him on the arm.
"Jess, can I borrow a hair brush?" I asked. She nodded and left, returning a minute later. She handed me her brush and I thanked her. I quickly brushed out my hair and handed Jessica her brush back.
"So, what are we going to do today?" CC asked.
"You and me are going to go to the police station. That's what we're doing." I said. CC groaned.
"Okay. Just because I have to." CC said, then he headed to the bathroom and washed his face real quick, ridding it of any dried drool, which he did have. After he was done, I picked up my bag and CC took the car keys from Andy. We walked down to the lobby and quickly made our way to the car. I climbed into the passenger side as CC started the car.
"Where's the police station?" CC asked.
"I think it's on Central ave. I've seen it before." I said. CC turned on to Central ave. and kept going until I told him to stop. He parked and we got out. We walked into the police station and went up to the officer at the counter.
"Hello.. how may I help you?" He asked.
"Umm I don't know. All I know is that my mother's death is all over the news." I said. The officer's eyes widened.
"You're Cindy Ferguson's daughter, correct?" He asked.
"Correct." i said.
"Alright. I'll get some officers to question you. Both of you were there, right?" He asked.
"Yeah." I said. We sat down for a few minutes before a couple officers made its follow them into a room. I sat down, holding CC's hand tightly. I don't know why, but the officers had us rest our hands on the table.
"Alright.. what relation were you to Cindy Ferguson?" The woman asked.
"Daughter." I said.
"No relation." CC said. The woman nodded and looked at us, sorry for us.
"Did either one of you get a good look at your mother's murderer?" She asked.
"Yes." CC and I said at the same time.
"Can you describe?" She asked. I nodded.
"A male, probably late thirties, bald, but has brown facial hair. He looked like he was probably five foot seven." I said.
"He also has green eyes." CC said.
"Anything else?" She asked. We both shook our heads.
"Alright.You can go. That's all we need. Thanks." She said.
"You're welcome. Please find him. I don't want him to hurt the rest of my family." I said. She smiled a weak smile and CC and I left. We walked back out to the car. CC started up the car and started driving. We were at a light that has just turned green, but I saw it coming.
"CC!! NO STOP!" I yelled, but too late. Everything went black.

They've been gone for a while. Almost an hour. My phone buzzed and I answered it, expecting it to be Destiny, because it was her number that showed up.
"Hey Destiny. How are you?" I asked.
"Sir, your cousin is at the hospital." A man said. I froze.
"What? How?" I asked. Everyone looked at me confused.
"Her and a man were in a car crash. You need to get over to St. Mary's."He said.
"FUCK! Okay. We'll be there soon. Thanks for calling." I said. I hung up and stuffed my phone in my pocket.
"Who was that?" Andy asked.
"Well, I was expecting it to be Destiny, but it was a guy who wasn't CC telling me that she's in the fucking hospital. We need to go." I said. They all froze.
"How are we going to get there? There's no car, the bus is in LA." Ashley said.
"Ahh but you're not thinking. there's cabs all over. We can take them, two each, three in one. I'll go with Andy and Sammi." I said.
"Then Jake and Ella, Ashley and Juliet. Jessica, your parents have a car but not big enough for all of us, so you take that. Alright? Let's go!" I said.
"Babe, you're a fucking genius!" Sammi said, kissing my cheek. I hugged her and the three of us got in a cab Andy had called. I texted everyone else what hospital and told the driver. He got us there surprisingly in ten minutes. I paid him and got out of the car, grabbing Sammi's hand tightly. We made it to the front desk.
"Where is Destiny Ferguson and Christian Coma?" I asked the lady.
"They're both in the same room... 517. They both are prepared for visitors." She said.
"Alright.. Well there's seven more people to come and see them." I said.
"Okay. I'll send them up when they get here." She said. I nodded and the three of us made our way to room 517. I opened the door and walked in.

"Oh my god!! Jinxx!" I said. Jinxx, Andy, and Sammi walked in the room. Jinxx walked over to me and lightly hugged me. I couldn't stop crying since I woke up. CC was still out. I needed to know if he was still okay. Just then, Ashley, Juliet, Jake, Ella, Jessica, and her parents barged into the room, along with two adults, a man and a woman, who I didn't recognize.
"Oh good. Mr. Coma. You're here." Jinxx said. So that's who that was. CC's parents. I kept sobbing, hoping that CC would hear me and wake up. nothing. I felt a pair of arms wrap around me. Probably Jinxx.
"CC. Wake up. We all miss you." CC's mom said. At that, he woke up and looked over at me, noticing that I was crying.
"Destiny! I'm so glad you're okay baby!" He said. A doctor rushed in.
"Can you by any chance, move their beds together?" Jinxx asked. CC's parents looked confused. the doctor nodded and moved CC's bed next to mine. He grabbed my hand immediately.
"Oh my god!! I feel terrible! I didn't listen to you when you screamed at me to stop!" CC said.
"No. it's not your fault!" I said.
"Yes it is Destiny! You can't deny it!" CC said.
"Stop blaming yourself! You couldn't control it. no one could. No one could save her!" I said. I missed my mom. I just wanted to be with her. Wherever she was.
"What's she talking about? CC's mom asked.
"First, about the crash. Then her mother." Jinxx said. I held onto CC's hand tighter, until he let it go and started messing with my hair.
"Mom, dad, this is Destiny. my wonderful, amazing girlfriend. Destiny. please stop crying! It's tearing you apart." CC said. I looked at him and he wiped my tears.
"Thank you." I said.
"For what?" CC asked.
"Everything." I said. I needed to pull the plug on this. I couldn't keep living after this. I needed to be with my mom. I fell into a deep sleep and had a dream about my mother.
(DREAM)
"Destiny!" I heard someone yell. I Turned around and saw my mom standing there. A smile made its way onto my face as I hugged her.
"Mom. I've missed you so much!" I said.
"I know, sweetheart, but it's not your time. I'll see you again. Just not now. You need to grow up, get married, have kids. it's too early for you. CC is perfect for you. I want to see my daughter holding her newborn twins for the first time. I'll always be with you, even if you don't know it. Just remember, a Saviour will be there when you're feeling alone. your saviour happens to be CC. Now, wake up." My mom said.
